My Story

With a background in Clinical Psychology and over 15 years of guiding transformative work, I specialize in helping couples, leaders, and purpose-driven professionals create meaningful change in their relationships and emotional lives.

My work focuses on emotional clarity, emotional intelligence, and measurable growth. I help people change the patterns that shape how they communicate, connect, and lead, so they can build healthier relationships and stronger lives.

Based in Sedona, I work with clients globally through long-distance coaching and virtual sessions.

Alongside my clinical training, I grew up connected to cacao. My grandmother, born in 1910, began our family tradition of working with cacao, a tradition later carried forward by my mother and her siblings. My mother eventually became a cacao ceremonial facilitator, which led her to move our family to the highlands of Guatemala, near the Mayan temples.

As a child, I experienced cacao in its raw, living form. I ran through cacao trees, tasted it in different preparations, and watched the full process of transforming cacao from fruit to paste to drink. Witnessing that journey shaped how I understand transformation itself. That is where the name The Sacred Cacao Path was born, as a reflection of the human process of returning to clarity, connection, and our true essence.

When my mother moved closer to the temples, I went with her. I was the only one in my family who felt called to participate  in the ceremonies and rituals, spending many weekends at the Mayan sites near our home. Over time, this became more than a practice. It became part of who I am.

In our Mayan tradition, when someone is meant to carry the ceremonial path forward, that role is passed intentionally through ritual and blessing. My mother entrusted that lineage to me, marking the beginning of my path as a cacao ceremonial facilitator.

Today, I carry both worlds: modern psychological training and ancestral cacao tradition, held side by side in a grounded, practical approach to emotional growth.

My Mission

Through The Sacred Cacao Path, I help couples, leaders, and professionals break through emotional barriers and change the patterns that limit their relationships and lives.

My work is rooted in psychology and identity-level emotional self-leadership. I support people in building emotional clarity, healthier relationships, and strong inner leadership so they can live and lead with confidence.

I don’t offer quick fixes or surface tools. I guide people through a clear, structured process that creates real, lasting change.
